Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload freight trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Operate warehouse equipment (reach trucks, order pickers) with precision
- Maintain accurate inventory records using barcode scanning systems
- Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies immediately
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in quarterly inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique
