Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload freight shipments using manual and powered equipment
- Verify product accuracy against shipping manifests and documentation
- Maintain organized inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (with certification), and other material handling tools
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Complete routine equipment maintenance checks and report issues
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with or without reasonable accommodation
- Basic math skills for inventory verification and documentation
- Valid Texas driver's license (for powered equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling products
- Flexible schedule availability including early mornings, nights, and weekends
- Ability to work in a climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
