Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers and pallets efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Monitor and maintain strict temperature control within the freezer and cooler storage areas.
- Perform inventory checks and cycle counts to ensure accuracy in our warehouse management system.
- Package and label products according to safety and shipping guidelines.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to prevent workplace accidents.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and maintain cleanliness of workstations.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects up to 50-75 lbs repeatedly.
- Physical stamina to work standing for long periods in cold environments.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order picking.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or cold storage environment is a plus but not required.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
