Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/untractors using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Inspect goods for damage and maintain accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and equipment maintenance
- Operate warehouse management systems for real-time tracking
- Support receiving processes and quality control initiatives
- Maintain clean, organized work areas to meet 5S standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to 7am-5pm shifts
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work in temperature-controlled environment
- Team player with strong communication skills
