Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload freight trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Inspect and organize incoming/outgoing shipments for accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse areas to meet safety standards
- Operate material handling equipment safely and responsibly
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counting
- Follow OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Complete daily shift reports and documentation
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Willingness to work in a temperature-controlled warehouse
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to Toledo Industrial Park
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hour shifts
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
