Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments using manual and powered equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Inspect goods for damage and verify inventory accuracy
- Maintain organized warehouse space following safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Operate warehouse management systems for inventory tracking
- Assist in cycle counts and stock rotation processes
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
