Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise onto delivery trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and identify any damage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Verify inventory against packing lists and update warehouse management systems as needed.
- Assist in the organization of stockroom shelves and storage areas.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects up to 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic reading and writing skills to read work orders and labels.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
