Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload trucks and organize inventory using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Inspect products for damage and maintain accurate warehouse records
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (including pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks)
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting activities
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and equipment
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willingness to stand for extended periods and work in varying temperatures
