Responsibilities
- Load/unload freight from trucks and containers using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Verify shipment accuracy against manifests and documentation
- Maintain organized warehouse inventory with barcode scanning systems
- Safely operate warehouse equipment following OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks and reporting
- Assist in warehouse cleanliness and safety compliance audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shifts
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to our Industrial Park location
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends during peak seasons
