Responsibilities
- Load/unload trucks and pallets using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual techniques
- Verify inventory accuracy and maintain organized storage systems
- Operate warehouse machinery following OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping/receiving goals
- Inspect and maintain equipment for operational readiness
- Complete digital inventory tracking and reporting
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
