Responsibilities
- Maintain inventory records and organize stored goods in refrigerated/freezer units
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in cold environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Inspect and document temperature/humidity levels using digital monitoring tools
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments following food safety protocols
- Sanitize workstations and equipment using industry-standard procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment background check
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Reliable transportation to Ahe Street facility
- No prior cold storage experience required
