Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks and containers using appropriate equipment.
- Inventory Management: Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks as required.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Documentation: Accurately complete paperwork and digital logs for all inventory movements.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors to meet daily targets.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety guidelines and company policies.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and paperwork.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Communication: Basic reading and math skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
