Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, discrepancies, or quality control issues.
- Stack pallets and organize inventory in designated storage areas to maximize efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment following all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Accurately document and record inventory movements and damages.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50-75 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation purposes.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we train the right candidates.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
