Responsibilities
- Direct and supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Manage inventory levels, conducting regular stock counts to ensure accuracy and prevent loss.
- Ensure compliance with all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with transportation and logistics teams to optimize delivery schedules.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Logistics preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of warehouse experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- Valid Forklift certification is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
