Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Inspect goods for damage and verify inventory accuracy
- Maintain organized warehouse storage systems
- Operate material handling equipment safely and responsibly
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Forklift certification a plus (training provided if needed)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts (early morning, evening, weekend)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass background check and drug screening
