Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight using manual and powered equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Inspect and organize inventory according to warehouse standards
- Operate warehouse machinery safely following OSHA guidelines
- Maintain accurate records of incoming/outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Ensure proper stacking and securing of materials in trailers
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid driver’s license preferred but not required
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
