Responsibilities
- Maintain strict temperature control protocols in -10°F to 32°F environments
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move refrigerated products
- Inspect and record inventory in warehouse management systems
- Adhere to HACCP and FDA food safety standards
- Perform routine sanitation and equipment maintenance
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams for timely order fulfillment
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) for cold environment safety
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- OSHA 10-Hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and work in sub-freezing conditions
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
