Responsibilities
- Efficiently move raw materials and finished products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Inspect and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders for accuracy
- Maintain organized inventory storage systems with real-time WMS updates
- Operate warehouse equipment safely while adhering to OSHA and company protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Prepare outbound shipments for delivery with proper labeling and documentation
- Conduct regular equipment checks and report maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Proficient with warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or similar software
- Exceptional time management and problem-solving abilities
