Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely per OSHA guidelines
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Maintain organized and efficient storage areas through systematic inventory rotation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Document all activities in digital logs and maintain accurate records
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn RF scanning systems
- Reliable transportation to accommodate overnight shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Proven attendance record and commitment to punctuality
