Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload, sort, and organize incoming shipments
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely
- Maintain inventory records and conduct cycle counts
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Previous warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Availability to work night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
