Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain organized inventory counts and conduct cycle counts for accuracy
- Safely operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper certification
- Inspect and prepare shipments for transport, ensuring compliance with safety standards
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for smooth transition and inventory reconciliation
- Adhere to OSHA guidelines and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-provided training
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
