Responsibilities
- Accurately package, label, and prepare shipments for distribution
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks with RF scanners
- Maintain organized warehouse zones following FIFO protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with reasonable accommodations
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Flexibility to work 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM schedule
- Reliable transportation to our Minneapolis facility
- Positive attitude with strong teamwork mentality
