Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate nightly warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping activities
- Lead a team of 10-15 warehouse associates, ensuring adherence to safety protocols
- Monitor inventory levels using WMS systems and conduct cycle counts
- Optimize workflow efficiency and implement process improvements
- Train new staff on equipment operation and company procedures
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex matters to management
- Maintain accurate documentation of daily activities and reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent required
