Responsibilities
- Oversee night shift warehouse operations including inventory control and order fulfillment
- Coordinate team of 10-15 warehouse associates with safety-first protocols
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS technology and Lean principles
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system audits
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards
- Train and mentor new team members on equipment operation and procedures
- Generate daily performance reports for operational leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in distribution centers
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery operation proficiency
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM) with overtime
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and team leadership abilities
- Basic math and computer literacy required
