Responsibilities
- Oversee night shift warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
- Train and manage team of 10-15 warehouse associates on safety protocols and equipment usage
- Implement process improvements to maximize efficiency during off-peak hours
- Conduct regular inventory audits and report discrepancies to management
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety regulations
- Coordinate cross-functional communication with day shift and logistics partners
- Manage overtime scheduling to meet operational demands
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse supervisory experience in fast-paced environment
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Forklift certification and experience operating industrial equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make quick decisions
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., WMS, SAP)
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
