Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 night shift team members in efficient order fulfillment and inventory management
- Ensure strict OSHA compliance and safety protocols during overnight operations
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless workflow transitions
- Optimize warehouse layout and material handling processes for maximum efficiency
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and performance evaluations for night staff

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience with night shift leadership
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operation proficiency required
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems and inventory control methodologies
- Exceptional problem-solving skills under pressure during overnight operations
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Valid Michigan driver's license and clean driving record
