Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Implement lean methodologies to optimize workflow and reduce operational costs
- Manage team of 15+ warehouse associates through scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock scheduling
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Develop and maintain SOPs for all warehouse processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with 2+ years in leadership roles
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Forklift certification and equipment operation expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
