- Execute inventory control procedures with 99.9% accuracy
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Prioritize and fulfill customer orders within SLA requirements

- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking
- Train new associates on standard operating procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years warehouse or fulfillment experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic proficiency with inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
