Responsibilities
- Execute efficient order picking, packing, and shipping processes using RF scanners
- Perform accurate inventory counts and cycle counts in WMS system
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Maintain organized warehouse layout and implement 5S principles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Conduct quality checks on inbound/outbound shipments
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficiency with inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent required
