Responsibilities
- Execute precise inventory management procedures including receiving, putaway, and cycle counting
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners) with OSHA compliance
- Pick and pack orders with 99.8% accuracy within strict timeframes
- Maintain clean, organized, and safety-compliant warehouse environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Valid Nevada driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
