Responsibilities
- Execute efficient inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and cycle counting
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA compliance
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.9% accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces following 5S principles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Conduct quality inspections on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking
- Train and mentor new warehouse associates
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Spanish bilingual skills a plus
