Responsibilities
- Manage inventory systems remotely via our digital platform
- Coordinate warehouse operations using real-time data analytics
- Optimize storage solutions and material flow efficiency
- Conduct virtual safety audits and compliance reporting
- Lead cross-functional teams in inventory reconciliation
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Train staff on new warehouse technologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/logistics experience
- Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Forklift certification (OSHA compliant)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
- Excellent remote communication abilities
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt preferred
- Valid California driver's license
