Responsibilities
- Execute efficient inbound/outbound logistics operations with 99.9% accuracy
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and automated sorting systems safely
- Implement lean inventory management protocols across 50,000 sq ft facility
- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies using WMS software
- Maintain OSHA compliance standards and 5S workplace organization
- Train new associates on warehouse SOPs and safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize fulfillment workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/distribution experience
- OSHA Forklift Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand 8+ hours
- Strong mathematical aptitude for inventory reconciliation
- Valid NC driver's license preferred
- Experience with OSHA safety standards
- High school diploma or equivalent required
