Responsibilities
- Execute accurate inventory receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment processes
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Conduct cycle counts and assist in monthly inventory audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow
- Document daily operations and report discrepancies
- Train new hires on warehouse procedures and safety protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA certification or forklift certification a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy (inventory software experience beneficial)
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical
