Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control systems with 99.9% accuracy
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in compliance with OSHA standards
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments using WMS software
- Maintain clean, organized workspace exceeding safety benchmarks
- Train new associates on warehouse protocols and equipment
- Optimize picking/packing workflows for peak efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on inventory forecasting
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse/forklift experience required
- OSHA Forklift Certification mandatory
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
- Valid California driver's license
