Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control systems with precision and accuracy
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics with optimal speed
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse spaces
- Utilize WMS software for real-time inventory tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet delivery deadlines
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification required
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
