Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control systems including cycle counts and reconciliation
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Pack, label, and ship orders with zero-defect accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for inventory optimization
- Train new team members on warehouse protocols and safety standards
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
- Valid Texas driver's license
