Responsibilities
- Optimize inventory management systems and cycle counting procedures
- Coordinate efficient loading/unloading of high-volume shipments
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) safely
- Implement quality control protocols for incoming/outgoing products
- Maintain OSHA compliance and workplace safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistics challenges
- Train new associates on warehouse operations and safety protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/logistics experience in a fast-paced environment
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10-hour training preferred
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Attention to detail with inventory accuracy standards
- Basic math and computer literacy requirements
