Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and accurately stock incoming merchandise to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems.
- Quality Control: Conduct routine checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before shipping.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to 5S principles.
- Data Entry: Update warehouse management systems (WMS) to track stock movements and report discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or retail experience is a plus, but we provide training for enthusiastic candidates.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable method of transportation to get to the Cleveland facility.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Attention to Detail: Must possess a keen eye for detail to ensure order accuracy.
