Responsibilities
- Execute efficient inventory control procedures using WMS technology
- Optimize order picking/packing processes with 99.5% accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment (RF scanners, forklifts) safely
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet daily/weekly KPIs
- Maintain OSHA compliance in all warehouse operations
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years warehouse or logistics experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficient in WMS/RF scanner technology
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills
