Responsibilities
- Manage inventory accuracy through systematic counting and reconciliation
- Coordinate efficient order picking, packing, and shipping processesOperate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Enforce OSHA safety standards and maintain clean workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Train new staff on warehouse procedures and equipment usage
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Valid Florida driver's license
