Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Optimize order fulfillment processes with 99.5% accuracy
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
- Train new staff on warehouse protocols and safety standards
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse experience with RF scanner proficiency
- OSHA Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office suite)
