Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control and cycle counting using WMS systems
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency and safety compliance
- Train and mentor new team members on operational procedures
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for order fulfillment and shipping
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen) in daily operations
- Conduct safety audits and maintain OSHA compliance standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- Forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Proficiency in WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- OSHA 10-Hour certification required
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification a plus
