Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move inventory
- Manage inventory control through cycle counts and WMS data entry
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Maintain OSHA compliance standards in all operational areas
- Train new associates on warehouse procedures and safety protocols
- Process orders with 99.5% accuracy for shipping/receiving
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for productivity gains
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse experience with forklift certification
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and RF scanners
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with cross-docking and JIT inventory systems
