Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control systems with RF scanners and digital tracking tools
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Coordinate order fulfillment, packing, and shipping processes
- Conduct quality inspections and maintain warehouse cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with inventory software experience
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
