Responsibilities
- Manage inventory systems and conduct accurate stock counts using digital tools
- Operate warehouse machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Coordinate shipping/receiving processes and maintain detailed digital records
- Collaborate with remote team members via video conferences for planning sessions
- Implement safety protocols and maintain compliance with OSHA standards
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency and productivity
- Train new staff on operational procedures and technology systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred
- 1+ years warehouse, logistics, or inventory management experience
- Proficient with digital inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Valid forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
