Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain accurate inventory records using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Process and verify incoming and outgoing shipments with high accuracy.
- Generate and analyze daily operational reports to identify trends and improve efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams regarding stock levels and order fulfillment.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and company quality standards.
- Assist in training new team members on data entry and inventory protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory management (remote data entry experience preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel for data analysis.
- Strong typing skills (minimum 40 WPM) and exceptional attention to detail.
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection if working remotely.
