Responsibilities
- Select and assemble customer orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners
- Optimize picking routes to maximize efficiency and meet daily productivity targets
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to quality control
- Maintain organized inventory through proper stock rotation and cycle counting
- Operate material handling equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Collaborate with packing and shipping teams to ensure seamless order flow
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain 5S workplace organization
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
