Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and digital picking systems
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation processes
- Optimize workflow efficiency following lean principles and safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Document inventory movements and warehouse activities in real-time
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse software
- Strong attention to detail with zero-error order fulfillment record
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
