Responsibilities
- Lead 15+ team members in daily warehouse operations including receiving, putaway, picking, and shipping
- Optimize inventory management systems to maintain 99.5% stock accuracy
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols across all warehouse activities
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve efficiency
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with transportation and purchasing teams
- Conduct daily performance reviews and develop improvement action plans
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and forklift certification programs
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Advanced proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan preferred)
- Proven track record of reducing shrinkage below 0.5%
- Forklift certification and ability to operate all warehouse equipment
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Management
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI reporting and process optimization
